Form [ Edit ]

Perennial vines are twined, and the rhizomes are long cylindrical in shape. Oval to broad-ovate leaves alternate, long-handled, 3--5 lobed, base cordate. Summer flowering, dioecious, male inflorescence spike-like, yellow-green flowers, female inflorescences single, spike-like drooping. Obovate ellipsoid capsule with three wings.

Distribution [ edit ]

Located in Japan , Russia , North Korea, and mainland China , Shaanxi , Sichuan , Qinghai , Anhui , North China , Henan , Gansu , Shandong , Zhejiang , Jiangxi , Ningxia , and Northeast China , are growing in areas with an elevation of 100 to 1,700 meters. On the side of the hillside of the Valley of the Valley, half of the slopes in the hillside, shrubs in the sparse mixed forests and forest margins have not yet been artificially introduced.
